- Special offer is valid for booking over 2 nights at the hotel;
- All rates include breakfast (served 9am–12pm), dinner (served 6pm–8pm), access to the outdoor heated swimming pool and the hot tub;
- Complimentary still water, tea, and instant coffee in the room;
- Extra fee of AMD 10,000/night is added per extra sleeping place in DBL rooms;
- Single children under 5 years are accommodated for free;
- Two children under 5 years are accommodated for an extra AMD 6,000/night fee;
- Children 5–12 years are accommodated for an extra AMD 6,000/night fee per child;
- Family Duplex rate is stated per 4 persons.
Extra services
- Fireplace: AMD 5,000 per 0.1 m3 of firewood (one filling);
- Sauna: AMD 2,000 prs./hour (no charge applies to children under 5);
- Bike: AMD 3,000 prs/hour; AMD 2,000 prs/hour (for booking over 2 hours); or AMD 10,000 prs./day;
- Ping-ping: free of charge;
- Renting tennis raquets: AMD 10,000/hour;
- Basketball field set-up (for more than 6 people): AMD 30,000;
- Pool table (billiard): AMD 2,000/hour.
